“Do I have to be a groom?”
While that is our specialty, our program works to slash fat and build lean muscle in a short amount of time, regardless if it’s for a wedding, a big event, or, heck, even two months before a trip to Cancun. Whether you’re already married, single, or not particularly interested, it all depends on you.
“Can’t I just look it up myself?”
Absolutely. There are tens and thousands of great books on nutrition and fitness and countless fitness blogs. But where will you start? And who should you trust? Much of that information isn’t accurate, is outdated, and often gives conflicting advice.
Also, be honest, are you really going to do the work? If you haven’t done it by now, “more information” might not be the solution. The GroomBuilder Program is for those that want the expertise and guidance because they know it’ll help them get results.
“Do I need access to a gym?”
Unless you have a very well-equipped home gym, then yes, you do need access to a gym. For the GroomBuilder program, you absolutely need weights and common pieces of exercise equipment. If not, you’ll make it harder to get results — our program won’t be the right fit for you.
“How long does it take to get results?”
It depends on how committed you are to the program. If you follow the workout routine and adhere to the diet, you can see some great changes in just weeks, not months.
Let’s be honest, though. Things like “six-minute abs” and “10 pounds of muscle in one month” just aren’t real — to get results, you need dedication and patience. With the GroomBuilder program, we’ll give you exactly what you need to reach your goals as quickly as possible.
“What if my wedding is in _______ days?”
The people who want the GroomBuilder Program have varying deadlines — some have an entire year to plan and prepare, whereas others only have a few months to make their fitness goals happen.
“What if I have an injury?”
Our workouts are designed to be low-impact and easy on your joints. If something hurts, however, DO NOT CONTINUE TO DO THAT EXERCISE. Feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to offer pain-free alternatives.

“What if I don’t have experience?”
No sweat. The GroomBuilder Program comes with video tutorials for every single exercise, demonstrating correct technique and common mistakes. It’s like have a personal trainer with you, making sure you do everything perfectly.
